Family Identification10-25 families per gram panchayat to be identified via a transparent three-tier process:
Level 1Identification through the Mop-up mobile app based on criteria like homelessness, landlessness, etc.
Level 2Village-level committee formed (gram pradhan, former gram pradhan, school headmaster, SHG representatives).
Level 3Families receive an automated vulnerability rating via a digital system.
Government Schemes- Ration cards and food supplies (Department of Food and Civil Supplies)- Housing schemes (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana)- Educational support (school admissions, uniforms)- Medical facilities (Ayushman Bharat Insurance)- Integration with schemes from Labor Department, MNREGA, State Rural Livelihood Mission, etc.- Skill development and employment benefits
CollaborationCollaboration with educational institutions to develop tailored sustainable income plans.
Digital IntegrationZero Poverty portal (ZeroPoverty.in) to be integrated with the Family ID portal for efficient data management.

Categories
