Patli River- Length: 37 km.
- Originates: Mandsaur district, Madhya Pradesh.
- Flows through: Neemthur hill, Ramganj Mandi (Rajasthan), and merges with the Aahu River of Suket.
- Flow area in Ramganj Mandi: 12 km.
Restoration Project- Cost: Rs 5 crore.
- Activities: Removal of debris, glass, stone pieces, and other waste; strengthening banks; construction of ghats and beds for water filling.
- Width: 40 metres.
Significance- Irrigation: Benefits 7050 hectares of agricultural land in 40 villages.
- Restoration of natural water flow.
- Reduction of waterlogging, land erosion, and soil degradation.
Kota- Named after initial ruler Kothia Bhil.
- Known as Kanpur of Rajasthan, Industrial City, and Educational City.
- Situated on the banks of the Chambal River.
- Features: Jawahar Sagar Dam (Chambal River) and Harishchandra Sagar (Kali Sindh River).
- Third largest city in Rajasthan after Jaipur and Jodhpur.
Literacy- Highest literacy rate in Rajasthan: 76.6% (2011 census).
Major Tourist Spots- Mukundwara Hills, Vibhishana Temple, Mathuradhish Temple, Shiva Temple of Kansua, Geparnath Shivalaya, Snake Park.
