Key Features1. 24×7 Helplines: Women Helpline (181) and Child Helpline (1098). 2. Emergency Response: Direct transfer to ERSS-112 for police intervention. 3. Interdepartmental Coordination: Punjab Police, Social Security Department, Health & Family Welfare Department, and Legal Aid Authorities. 4. Rescue Vehicles: Deployed in every district for on-ground support. 5. Monitoring System: State-level control room in Chandigarh for real-time tracking and case monitoring.
Implementation- Supervision: Deputy Commissioners (DCs). - Nodal Officers: District Program Officers (DPOs).
Government's VisionEncourage crime reporting, provide immediate assistance, and ensure a safer Punjab through integrated technology and public awareness.
